What can I do in the member area?
After approval, you can choose products from the price list, build an order with shipping calculated automatically and submit an order request. You can also follow payment and dispatch progress, find FedEx tracking and manage your points in the same account.
Can I get help with product, payment or order questions?
Yes. KING PUNCH TCG answers questions about products, payment and order issues through the contact form in your member account. Support is provided in writing so you can refer back to the conversation. We check the details and explain the available options. Orders must be submitted through the member site.
How do member points work?
Members earn points based on their purchases and can use them toward future orders. You can check your points in the member area.
Who can apply for a wholesale account?
KING PUNCH TCG accepts applications from registered businesses — including card shops, online stores, distributors and sole proprietors. Individual collectors are not eligible. If your business is still being set up, you can apply once it is registered.
Is there a fee to apply, or an obligation to order?
No. Applying for a KING PUNCH TCG account and membership are free, and there is no obligation to order after you join.
Do you ship to my country?
KING PUNCH TCG currently ships orders to businesses in the following 46 countries and regions.
North America: Canada, Puerto Rico, United States.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Asia: Hong Kong, Macau, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan.

The payment methods available, the business details we ask for, and whether any documents are needed for review all vary by country.
The country list in the application form is always the current one. If your country is not listed, we cannot open an account for it at the moment. Orders are shipped to an address in the country where your business is registered.
What registration number or documents do I need to apply?
We ask for the registration number your country uses for imports — for example, an EORI number in the EU and the UK, or an EIN in the United States — because it is required on the customs paperwork for each shipment. In most countries no documents are needed, because we check your business against public registries. If a document is needed for your country, the application form tells you which one.
My import registration number has not been issued yet. What should I do?
Your KING PUNCH TCG application stays saved, and you can continue from the link in our email once your import registration number has been issued. KING PUNCH TCG cannot open an account without the number because it is required on the customs paperwork for every shipment. If you need more time, reply to that email and we will extend it.
The application form says my registration number is not valid. What should I do?
Enter the number exactly as it is registered and under the name it is registered to. The KING PUNCH TCG application form checks numbers against public registers.
Do I need a VAT number?
In the EU, a VAT number is optional for most countries but required for France.
How long does the review take, and what happens after I apply?
You will hear from us by email within 5 business days of completing your application. If we need to check something, we send you a short list of questions and continue once you reply. When your account is approved, you receive your sign-in details and can view the member price list and place orders.
Can I continue an unfinished application, or correct something I entered?
Yes. Your unfinished KING PUNCH TCG application is saved, and you can continue or correct your entries from the link in our email. If we have asked you to check something, respond through the link in that message.
How do I change my registered details after my account is opened?
Request the change from the KING PUNCH TCG member area. You can request changes to details such as your company name, representative, email address or registration numbers.

Prices and products
Can I see your price list before I apply?
No. Prices, stock and pre-order items are shown to approved KING PUNCH TCG members only, so we are not able to send a price list or individual quotes before you apply. Once approved, you can see the current price and stock of every item in the member area, which is updated regularly. The application takes about 5 minutes and is free.
How often do prices change, and when is my price fixed?
Your price is confirmed when KING PUNCH TCG issues the invoice, and the invoice is valid until the payment date stated on it. Prices and stock on the member price list are updated regularly, in line with the Japanese market, so they can change even within the same day. When you submit an order request, the prices are checked again at that moment.
Do you offer volume discounts, or are prices negotiable?
No. KING PUNCH TCG uses one listed price per item for every member, regardless of quantity. Prices follow the rates at which businesses trade with each other in Japan and move with that market, so we do not offer volume discounts. Members instead earn points based on their purchases; details are provided in the member area.
Are these wholesale prices?
Yes. The KING PUNCH TCG member price list shows wholesale prices based on Japan's business-to-business market, not manufacturers' suggested retail prices.
Why do I sometimes see lower prices elsewhere?
For small quantities, an individual marketplace seller may sometimes list an item below the KING PUNCH TCG price. Our price reflects supplying a quantity at one price and the cost of checking every item for authenticity, signs of re-shrinking, dents or scuffs. The gap may narrow for a time as prices change in Japan and in your market. Check prices regularly and order when the margin works for you.
Which products do you carry? Do you have English editions?
We supply Japanese-edition products, mainly booster boxes, from Pokémon, ONE PIECE Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG and Dragon Ball Fusion World. English and other-language editions are not available. The member price list shows the items we can supply at that time.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product KING PUNCH TCG sells is genuine. We inspect each item before shipping for authenticity, signs of re-shrinking, dents or scuffs.
Where do you source your products?
KING PUNCH TCG sources products mainly through business-to-business transactions and the secondary market in Japan. We do not disclose individual suppliers.
Are you the manufacturer or an official distributor?
No. KING PUNCH TCG is an independent wholesaler and exporter licensed as a secondhand dealer by the Osaka Public Safety Commission; we are neither the manufacturer nor one of its official distributors.
What does “No shrink wrap” mean? Can I choose boxes with shrink wrap?
“No shrink wrap” means that the outer film was removed by a retailer in Japan; some official retailers do this to discourage resale. You can choose either type because Pokémon boxes with and without shrink wrap are listed separately on the KING PUNCH TCG member price list. Unless marked “No shrink wrap,” Pokémon boxes are supplied with the factory shrink wrap. ONE PIECE Card Game boxes do not come with shrink wrap from the factory.
Where do “No shrink wrap” boxes come from, and who are they for?
“No shrink wrap” boxes have had their outer film removed at retail and are then bought in by card shops in Japan. They are mostly chosen for pack sales, vending machines and opening. They are inspected twice: when they are bought in and again before KING PUNCH TCG ships them. If you want boxes in factory condition or plan to resell them as boxes, choose items listed with shrink wrap.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Yes. Reserve upcoming releases on the Pre-orders page. No payment is due when you reserve.
The order is placed at the final price. The price at reservation is your maximum unless you choose to keep at a higher final price. You must order the reserved quantity within 24 hours of our notification. If the final price is higher than your reservation price, you must choose to keep at the final price or cancel without penalty. A reservation cannot be reduced or cancelled unless the final price is higher and you choose Cancel. Pre-order prices may change until the final price is set. Prices often fall before release, but this is not guaranteed.
Each pre-order product must meet the JPY 200,000 minimum on its own and is invoiced and shipped separately.
We ship pre-orders on the release date; pay the invoice within 24 hours. Additional boxes are available from the regular price list after release. Points can be used when ordering.
Will sold-out items come back?
KING PUNCH TCG cannot promise a restock date or a steady supply of a particular item because quantities are limited. New stock arrives regularly, and the member price list is updated regularly to show the stock currently available.
Can you notify me when an item is back in stock?
No. KING PUNCH TCG does not offer per-item restock notifications. The member price list is updated regularly and shows the stock currently available.
Can you hold stock for me?
Only after your invoice is issued. KING PUNCH TCG cannot hold stock before issuing an invoice; after the invoice is issued, the items are set aside for your order until the payment date shown on it.
Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed in the member area: open the price list, choose your items and quantities, and send them as an order request. Shipping to your country is calculated as you go, so you see the total before you submit. We then confirm stock and send your invoice; once your payment is confirmed, we ship by FedEx and you receive a tracking number. We are not able to take orders or quote requests by email, so that every order goes through the same system.
What is the minimum order?
KING PUNCH TCG's minimum order is JPY 200,000 in item total per order, and you can combine any items on the price list to reach it. This amount covers items only; shipping, import duties and taxes, points and fees are not included.
Is there a maximum order amount?
Yes. For your first order, KING PUNCH TCG asks for an item total between JPY 200,000 and 500,000. From your second order, the limit is JPY 8,000,000 in item total per order. These amounts cover items only; shipping, import duties and taxes, points and fees are not included.
How can I pay? Do you accept credit cards?
KING PUNCH TCG accepts Wise, bank transfer and PayPal, depending on your country. We are not able to accept cards directly, but you can pay by card through PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. The payment methods and fees available for your country are shown as options when you place your order.
Which currency are prices and invoices in? Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are set in Japanese yen, and invoices are issued in JPY. If you pay by Wise, you send the JPY amount on the invoice; you can do this even if you do not hold yen in your account. If you pay by bank transfer, the invoice shows the amount in the currency of an account you can pay into easily from your country (for example EUR, GBP or USD).
When do I receive the invoice, and when is payment due?
KING PUNCH TCG normally issues the invoice within 1 Japan business day of your order request. We first confirm stock and shipping, then send a formal invoice in the name of F AND G PARTNER, LLC showing your company details and the final amount. If stock or shipping needs to be checked with you first, we contact you before issuing the invoice. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice — normally within 24 hours. If the deadline passes, we send one short extension notice. After that, the order is canceled and the stock released, and you can order again.
Where do I find the payment details?
The payment details are on your KING PUNCH TCG invoice: a payment link for Wise or PayPal, or, for a bank transfer, our account details, the exact amount and your payment reference in the PAYMENT section of the invoice PDF. The account name is F AND G PARTNER, the company that operates KING PUNCH TCG.
How do I know my payment has arrived?
KING PUNCH TCG sends you a payment confirmation once we have confirmed your payment. After paying, report the payment from your member page. You can also follow the status of your order on that page.
Can I change or cancel an order after I have submitted it?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order before you pay. You can cancel an unpaid invoice from your member page, or ask KING PUNCH TCG to change the items, quantities or payment method and issue a revised invoice; there is no charge for either. Once we have confirmed your payment, the order cannot be canceled. If you would like to add items after that, let us know. If the order has not shipped, we can often send the items together.
Shipping, duties and customs
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the weight of your order and the destination. In the member area it is calculated automatically as you add items, so you see the total including shipping before you submit an order request. We do not offer free shipping above a certain order value.
How long do dispatch and delivery take?
KING PUNCH TCG ships in-stock items by FedEx directly from Japan within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed, and delivery typically takes 1–7 business days. Delivery time depends on the country. Shipments go out on business days only, because FedEx does not collect on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
How long does FedEx delivery from Japan usually take?
During the measured period, most KING PUNCH TCG orders arrived 1–4 business days after FedEx collected them in Japan. The data covers every delivered shipment collected between 12 August and 16 October 2026, with deliveries to 21 countries, counted in business days from FedEx pickup in Japan to delivery at the buyer's address.
North America: usually 1 business day; 80% arrived within 1–3.
Europe: usually 2 business days; 80% within 1–3.
Asia and Oceania: usually 2 business days; 80% within 1–4.
Middle East: usually 4 business days; 80% within 2–5.
The longest transit in this period was 8 business days, for one shipment to the United States held by customs. Business days mean Monday to Friday; the figures include shipments that crossed public holidays in Japan or in the destination country.
These times start at FedEx pickup, not when you pay. Pickup starts when your payment reaches KING PUNCH TCG: Wise and PayPal payments usually reach us the same day, a bank transfer to our local account takes 0–2 business days, and an international transfer in USD can take 2–5 business days. Once we confirm your payment, FedEx collects in-stock orders within 2 business days.
Which carrier do you use, and how do I track my order?
KING PUNCH TCG ships by FedEx on our own account. FedEx emails you the tracking number when the parcel leaves, and the number also appears on your member page.
Is shipping insurance included?
No. Shipping insurance is not included as standard in KING PUNCH TCG shipments.
Can several orders be shipped together?
Sometimes. KING PUNCH TCG normally ships each paid order separately. If you have another open order, contact us before it ships, and we will tell you whether the orders can be combined. If they can, we issue an invoice for the additional shipping cost of the combined shipment.
Can you deliver to a forwarder or an address in Japan?
No. KING PUNCH TCG always exports directly from Japan as the exporter of record, so we cannot deliver to forwarders, warehouses or other addresses within Japan, or hand goods over in person. Orders are shipped to an address in the country where your business is registered. If you need to change the delivery address, tell us before you pay.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer's responsibility because KING PUNCH TCG ships on DAP terms. Orders to the United States and Puerto Rico are the exception: they ship DDP with a 13% surcharge that covers US import duties and taxes, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Is Japanese consumption tax included in your prices?
No. KING PUNCH TCG prices do not include Japanese consumption tax because these are export sales.
Can you tell me how much import duty and tax I will pay?
No. KING PUNCH TCG is not able to confirm the amount, because it is set by the customs authority in your country. For the United States and Puerto Rico, import duties and taxes are already covered by the 13% DDP surcharge on your invoice. For other countries, your customs broker or tax adviser can work it out from the HS code (9504.40), the country of origin (Japan) and the value on the commercial invoice.
Do you provide a commercial invoice?
Yes. KING PUNCH TCG issues an invoice for every order, and a commercial invoice accompanies each shipment. The commercial invoice states the actual purchase amount, HS code 9504.40 and Japan as the country of origin. Items are described in line with FedEx rules.
Can you issue a certificate of origin?
No. KING PUNCH TCG does not issue certificates of origin because we are not the manufacturer. The commercial invoice states Japan as the country of origin. If you need a statement on origin, please contact us about each order individually.
Is there anything I need to do for customs clearance?
Yes. Before ordering, make sure the company name, address and registration numbers on your KING PUNCH TCG account match your official registration exactly, because we use these details for the shipping label and customs paperwork. If FedEx contacts you for additional information, please respond promptly. In the United States, first-time or occasional importers need to activate their importer record with CBP Form 5106. In Canada, you need to approve FedEx as your customs broker in the CARM portal.
After delivery
What happens if my order arrives damaged or with items missing?
Contact KING PUNCH TCG within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the outer box, the packing and the items. For missing items or damage in transit, we work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve the issue.
What if you cannot supply an item I have paid for?
If KING PUNCH TCG cannot supply an item you have paid for, we apply a discount to your next order.

KING PUNCH TCG is operated by F AND G PARTNER, LLC in Osaka, and you can verify the company on two official public websites. Our corporate number is 3120003010816 (Japan's National Tax Agency), and our secondhand dealer license number is 62107R071362 (Osaka Public Safety Commission). Because both can be checked on those websites, we do not provide copies of certificates.
Can you provide customer references?
No. To protect our customers' information, KING PUNCH TCG does not provide customer references.
Can we talk by WhatsApp or phone?
No. KING PUNCH TCG does not offer support through WhatsApp, LINE or phone. We handle all communication in writing so that both sides have a record of the conversation. With more than 1,000 business customers in 46 countries and regions, we cannot offer other contact methods. Members can contact us through the form in the member area; if you are not yet a member, write to . On business days, we reply as quickly as we can.
Can I visit your office, meet you online or collect an order in person?
No. For security and workload reasons, we do not offer office visits, in-person collection, video calls or other meetings. Every order is exported directly from Japan by FedEx.
