Q1What is the minimum order?+
JPY 200,000 per order. For your first order, we ask that the total be between JPY 200,000 and 500,000; from your second order
there is no upper limit. Boxes, cartons and pre-order items are all available from the first order.
Q2Are the products Japanese or English?+
Japanese-language only. All boxes and cartons are the Japanese editions.
Q3How does the Trading Review work?+
The application is a single online form — verify your email, then fill it in (about 5 minutes).
For most countries no documents are needed — we verify your business through public business
registries. Buyers in some countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, South Korea, Turkiye,
New Zealand) and US sole proprietors upload one business document in the form. You’ll have
the result within 5 business days. There is no fee and no obligation.
Q4What payment methods do you accept?+
100% prepayment. Your payment options depend on your country and are shown at checkout with the exact totals:
Wise (no additional fee, instant — recommended), a bank transfer to our local account details in your currency
(+1.5% service fee, arrives in 0–2 business days, available in most countries), or PayPal (+5% service fee,
for orders up to JPY 1,000,000). Invoices are due within 24 hours (business days).
Q5How fast do you ship?+
We ship within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed, by FedEx on our own account,
directly from Japan. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the destination.
Japanese public holidays can affect handling times.
Q6Who pays import duties and taxes?+
Shipments are DAP — import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders to the United States and Puerto Rico are the exception: they ship DDP with a 13.5% surcharge
that covers US import duties and taxes, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
Q7Are all products authentic?+
Yes. We are a licensed secondhand dealer in Japan and source exclusively from
established domestic distribution channels.
Q8Which countries do you ship to?+
We currently serve business buyers in 46 countries and regions across North America, Europe,
Asia and the Middle East — the full list is in the application form. We always export directly from
Japan on our own FedEx account; delivery to forwarders or domestic warehouses in Japan is not available.
Q9Do you sell to individual collectors?+
No — we are a wholesale supplier for businesses only. If you run a shop, an online store
or a distribution business, we’d be glad to hear from you.
