KING PUNCH TCG is a wholesale export service operated by ("we", "us"), Ookini Minamisemba Bldg. #205, 3-2-22 Minamisemba, Chuo-ku, Osaka 542-0081, Japan.
2.1 Our price list and ordering functions are available to approved business members only. Membership requires an application and our review.
2.2 We may approve or decline applications at our discretion, and we are not obliged to disclose the reasons for individual decisions.
2.3 One account per company. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2.4 Information you registered at review (company name, country, representative, email, tax and customs registration numbers) can only be changed with our approval.
3.1 Member prices, price list URLs and login credentials are confidential. You agree not to share them with any third party, including publishing prices or screenshots of the price list.
3.2 Any breach of this section may result in immediate suspension of access and termination of the business relationship.
4.1 Minimum order (MOQ): JPY 200,000 or more per order. Your first order can be between JPY 200,000 and JPY 500,000; from your second order there is no upper limit.
4.2 An order request (estimate) you submit is a binding request to purchase. Prices shown at submission are re-validated at that moment; if the price list changed, you will be asked to review and re-confirm before submission completes.
4.3 The final amounts are those stated on our invoice. Where stock or shipping had to be adjusted, the invoice prevails over the amounts shown at submission. For pre-order items, the price rule in clause 7.2 applies.
4.4 We may decline or cancel an order where stock cannot be secured. In that case any payment received for the affected items will be refunded.
5.1 All orders are 100% prepaid. Invoices are issued in Japanese Yen (JPY).
5.2 Accepted methods: Wise; bank transfer (we cover the receiving bank fees; funds typically clear within 3-5 business days); and PayPal (for orders up to JPY 1,000,000). Any method-specific charges are stated on your quote and invoice before you pay.
5.3 Your order is confirmed when we confirm receipt of payment. If payment is not received by the date stated on the invoice, the order may be cancelled.
6.1 We ship by FedEx from Japan. A tracking number is provided by FedEx after shipment.
6.2 Shipments are DAP (Incoterms): import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
6.3 Orders to the United States and Puerto Rico ship DDP with a 13.5% surcharge covering U.S. import duties and taxes.
6.4 You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address and the importer / tax registration numbers you provide. Costs arising from inaccurate information (returns, storage, re-delivery) are borne by the buyer.
6.5 For unusually large orders, shipping may be quoted separately after your order request.
6.6 Customs documents are prepared using the company name and the tax / customs registration numbers you registered at review. Accuracy of this information is essential for customs clearance: where a shipment is delayed, held, returned or destroyed by customs because the information you provided was inaccurate or did not match your official registration, the resulting costs and losses are borne by the buyer and are not covered by any refund or guarantee.
7.1 100% prepayment at the time of order. Pre-order items ship separately on or after the release date, and shipping applies per shipment.
7.2 Market prices of trading card products fluctuate, and the market price of a pre-order item may be lower — or higher — by its release date. The contract for a pre-order is concluded at the price shown at the time of your order, and that price is final: we do not refund or credit any difference if the market price falls afterwards, and we do not charge more if it rises. Please place pre-orders at the timing, and within the budget, that suits you.
8.1 Products are sold as described on the price list (including "No shrink wrap" where indicated). Trading cards are collectibles; box contents are not guaranteed.
8.2 If a shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, packing and items. We will work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve it.
We may suspend or terminate membership for breach of these terms, for sanctions/compliance reasons, or where required by law. Records required by Japanese law (e.g. secondhand dealer records) are retained after termination.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers or customs.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.

We do not sell your data. We share it with authorities only where legally required.
We are located in Japan. Some of the providers listed above process data outside Japan — Anthropic and HubSpot in the United States, and Wise and PayPal as set out in their own terms. They act under contractual safeguards; in Anthropic's case, those terms prohibit using your data to train their models.
Membership and application records are kept while your membership is active and thereafter as required by Japanese law (transaction and export records). Attachments provided for review are kept as part of the review record.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at tcg@king-punch.net. Deletion may be limited where retention is required by law. Registered-country and registration-number changes go through our approval process described in the Terms.
The member area uses cookies necessary for sign-in. The public site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage; IP anonymisation is enabled where applicable.
